As promised - I hounded my husband into writing it from his perspective. As he doesn’t have a Lit account I’m posting it.
I’m not much of a writer so this isn’t my comfort zone.
Ive obviously read Laura’s post on our night and I think it captures things really well.
We were both very very nervous, I’m not ashamed to say that. There were moments of pure insecurity as we arrived. Laura, as most of you have seen is beautiful inside and out so I had no concerns that she would be found attractive . But in the other hand, a middle aged man isn’t exactly hot property. But I was relieved to see the crowd was made up of very similar couples, beautiful women, and us men. Ha ha . Sure there were a few very attractive, gym obsessed men as well but the majority were healthy decent looking men. So that made me feel a bit more relaxed immediately.
The atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was friendly and the idea that many would be naked later was very much hanging in the air.
The couple we eventually played with were simply amazing, and we were so lucky to have met them. Very easy to talk to, they kept the conversation going initially when perhaps our own shyness crept in and totally respectful of our limits, which Laura was very clear about from the beginning. I think we may have scared off another couple earlier by being too hard on those points but that’s the reality we set for ourselves. And that how she communicated to me when Steve started to touch her as we watched. Know the obvious question that I’d be asked is - how did I feel seeing his hand on her butt. Honestly, super excited, a huge adrenaline rush, but my attention was also on the room and Paolo . And yes, I Started to touch her after that point as well. She had on a black body so I was touching her over that.
In the private room again Laura and Steve took the initiative. And seeing them make out made a hard on I had even harder. (That had been another concern of mine, so much so I had stashed a viagra in my trousers but I never needed it). And when I turned back to Paolo she had already taken the top down on her body. Kissing is a big thing as Laura said. We’d heard some swinging couples don’t kiss, but I can’t imagine being in that environment and not.
