On June 14th I attempted to submit the story "Titusville". I clicked the attach file and submitted it. After a minute or two I got a red box with attempt failed. I cleared the form then copied and pasted the document in the window and resubmitted. Once again I got the red box saying the upload failed. I went to my home page and deleted my recent history. I then went back to the submission page and tried once again to reload my story. This time I got a notice that "Titusville" had already been submitted. Did it upload or not?
