file conversions

i emailed myself a videot aken with my phone,but it is in .3gp format,what can i use to convert this over to mpg?

was more or less hopeing someone could sugeest oens heyve used,i downloaded like 8 that said they do,only to have it only convert to .3gp or nto be able to convert this file for some reason

that one worked almsot,converted the sound,but not video

I can't remember exactly, but I think you may have to play around with the settings a little. You can convert either sound or video or both. Pretty sure I got a working video with sound.

yeah i had it set to both,vid came out black,still screwin with it though
