Yes, I agree. Before I did it that first time, I had always felt my "insides" contract as I got close to orgasm. (I know now that it was the PC muscle that was contracting.) I still do for clitoral orgasm, and deliberately relax as I cum (or contract and relax rhythmically, which can actually make me cum).
