FBI: Deplorables are in BIG trouble and should be peeing themselves

the problem is that these people did, and many still do, believe all the lies they were spoonfed by people in high places, and think that what they did was not only justified but patriotic.
And now they pay the price for stupidity.

"Toward the end of those months, the designer said, Vargas posted on his Discord that she was reading Hitler’s 1925 manifesto. They got into a discussion about it that revealed more of Vargas’ far-right politics, he said.

“I was just instantly turned off, like, ‘Yo, I don’t think this is going to work out,’” he said. “You’re, like, reading ‘Mein Kampf,’ you think immigrants don’t deserve X, Y, Z.” (One of the social media accounts linked to Vargas, which was viewed by NBC News, also makes references to Hitler.) "

A former Navy reservist who the government said expressed admiration for Hitler, among other antisemitic views, was sentenced to four years in prison on Monday for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Prosecutors described Hatchet Speed as an avowed antisemite who posed an increasing threat to the public.

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden agreed that Speed’s hateful motivations warranted a longer sentence beyond other rioters who were not accused of specific acts of violence in the Capitol assault.

While Speed was not charged with assault or destruction of government property, prosecutors say he went on a spending spree after Jan. 6, acquiring weapons and ammunition worth thousands of dollars.

Speed, also a member of the far-right Proud Boys group, was first sentenced last month to three years in prison for possessing unregistered gun accessories.

A federal judge sentenced Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes to 18 years in prison Thursday and accepted the government's recommendation of an enhancement for terrorism for his role leading a seditious conspiracy to disrupt the certification of President Joe Biden's election victory that culminated in the violent assault on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
that's the money shot right there ^^

"Like President Trump, my only crime is opposing those who are destroying our country," Rhodes said.

In his own remarks just before handing down his sentence, Mehta pushed back directly on Rhodes' claims of being a political prisoner, saying instead he poses an "ongoing threat to this country."

"For decades it is clear that you wanted the democracy in this country to devolve into violence," Mehta said. "You're not a political prisoner. You're here because 12 jurors in D.C. who acquitted you of multiple counts found you guilty of sedition."

"It could have been a far uglier day ... and people should not forget that," he said of Jan. 6.

18 years.
Not enough.
First Republican President will pardon the traitor.

"An Associated Press review of court records shows that prosecutors in the more than 1,000 criminal cases from Jan. 6, 2021, are increasingly asking judges to impose fines on top of prison sentences to offset donations from supporters of the Capitol rioters.

Dozens of defendants have set up online fundraising appeals for help with legal fees, and prosecutors acknowledge there's nothing wrong with asking for help for attorney expenses. But the Justice Department has, in some cases, questioned where the money is really going because many of those charged have had government-funded legal representation."

"A jury convicted romance novel cover model John Strand of storming the Capitol with Dr. Simone Gold, a California physician who is a leading figure in the anti-vaccine movement. Now prosecutors are seeking a $50,000 fine on top of a prison term for Strand when a judge sentences him on Thursday.

Strand has raised more than $17,300 for his legal defense without disclosing that he has a taxpayer-funded lawyer, according to prosecutors. They say Strand appears to have “substantial financial means,” living in a home that was purchased for more than $3 million last year."

And why did someone with those assets have a public defender to begin with?

"sovereign citizen" bauer received a 27-month sentence (to include the 2 years she's spent in custody pre-trial), and, despite this leniency, a strong reprimand from the judge:

"You were part of a national embarrassment," McFadden told Bauer, according to MacFarlane. "The crimes you and others committed were things Americans never thought they’d see."

And that's not all, as McFadden also informed Bauer that "you repeatedly perjured yourself." He said she "showed shocking lack of remorse" for her actions, while also displaying "a pattern of disrespect for government institutions."

Navy vet pleads guilty to obstruction charge in plea deal, not charged with seditious conspiracy with the other oath keepers

As reported by Scott MacFarlane of CBS News, Hostetter argued in his effort to get his case dismissed that the January 6th riots were a setup by the federal government -- and that even Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes was in on it.

Per MacFarlane, Hostetter said that Rhodes' conviction on seditious conspiracy charges and his subsequent 18-year prison sentence were all part of an elaborate ruse to conceal the Oath Keeper leader's role in ratting out his fellow Trump supporters to federal agents.
Judge Lamberth, however, did not buy any of what Hostetter was peddling and swiftly denied his motion to dismiss the case.

"You don’t have any facts to support your allegations," he said, according to MacFarlane.

An Oregon man who was seen picking up a phone inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 and shouting threats against then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Mike Pence has been convicted of almost a dozen charges.
Richard L. Harris, 42, was found guilty Wednesday following a three-day bench trial.
Video footage also shows Harris standing on a statue of former President Gerald Ford in the Capitol Rotunda, upon which a Trump flag and red baseball cap had been improperly placed.

Harris was arrested in Florida in March 2021. Prosecutors say that he had fled his home state of Oregon — where he allegedly tried to break into the state capitol building in December 2020, assaulting a journalist in the process — in order to evade post-Jan. 6 arrest by federal authorities.

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, convicted Harris of all charges, including obstruction of an official proceeding, civil disorder, assaulting a police officer, and various trespassing and disorderly conduct crimes.

tried to blame his upbringing... this is a 40-year old man, not some teenager, and then shouting 'trump won' as he left the court shows he's going to the right place for a long time.

Total lunatic, like so many Deplorables. And showed zero remorse.

Also, file this with the Zero-Surprise Department: "If allowed to go home, Rodriguez said, he would go back to 'driving a forklift with my GED and living with my mom.'"

Nope. Rot In prison, worthless asshole. 😘
