They finally caught Sedition Panda in Florida, of all places.

Jesse James Rumson was arrested Monday in Florida, according to court records, and charged with multiple offenses, including assaulting, resisting or impeding an officer and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds.

The FBI identified Rumson as the man in the panda head because he wore it on and off during the storming of the Capitol and he was caught on video and in photos with his face in full view, an FBI special agent said in an affidavit supporting his arrest.

I support common sense bail reform and increased resources for prosecutors. I also support equal sentencing for crimes regardless of race. I have no issue with Harris supporting bail assistance programs. It's up to the judge and prosecutors to ensure release restrictions are enforced.

Actually, I believe her sentence was proper. She clearly has acknowledged her wrongdoing and admitted that she was caught up in the moment. She's also apologized sincerely.

These cases should be handled on a case by case basis.

That being said, a recent development in this case, where the FBI withheld informant status of an associate of the defendant. The FBI flipped a few proud boys who have been providing information. Not sure what this means. I would think it will delay it. They weren't informants until AFTER January 6.

Devin Steiner, 41, of Wooster, and his brother-in-law Adam Miller, 41, of Smithville, were sentenced to 30 days' incarceration by Judge Royce Lamberth in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
