The bad news is that there's zero moles of water in a mole of BaCl2. There are two moles of water in a mole of hydrated BaCl2, but the formula for that would show it. Water of hydration is appended to the empirical formula with a dot, so hydrated BaCl2 would be written BaCl2.2H2O
