Whipping is a really good arm exercise. I don't mean just on another person either. Practicing hiting cans off of a fence rail is fun and builds your biceps.

I enjoy pilates too. Greater core strength. Boxing can be fun and is a full body workout. Swimming is fun and good exercise. Best of luck to you.

Conditioning is required to be SuperDomme.
yes, yes I know it is. I'll watch you whip while I practice the whipping cream

Peach....

Get a membership at a gym and hire a trainer to crack the whip...

To avoid the "Yo yo" effect you first need to understand nutrition.

I could give you a complete workout but until you understand what the body needs for fuel and gain some control all the exercise in the world is a waste of energy.

This doesn't require one to become a health freak, but some common sense moderation is required along with the dedication to make the changes.

Sounds like body image and insecurity is an issue...

whilst the weather is nice I walk instead of taking the car when possible and also try to swim 50 lengths once or twice a week. But others suggestions so far seem more fun but not always practical ;)

Good Luck xx

Bicycling is excellent exercise. I've done well almost 1000 miles last month and went down one waist size...from 31 to 30. Unfortunately, losing weight is not my goal so I've been hoping to put some back on!!! :(

BTW, no matter what sort of exercise you do, make sure to track your progress.

A website that I follow is www.dwlz.com There is lots of information, recipes, etc. Most people on that site follow weight watchers but still has lots of good information. :)
