The worlds largest importers of wheat are Egypt, Indonesia, Turkey, and Algeria, followed by a number of middle eastern countries. The brutal truth is that the first world will look on - and then look away. These countries cannot in reality afford the wheat they already consume and are only able to get the supplies because of guarantees/subsidies of International funding (IMF/ World Bank that sort of thing). Ultimately those entities rely for their funding by the first world's taxpayers. It's a house of cards waiting to fall.

Ironically Vlad may not be able to bring down the government of Ukraine but the food riots he will cause will do just that in many other places. For example there have already been riots over bread prices /supplies in Iran; it'd be an interesting possibility if that impacted the theocracy there.

The only thing they produce are litters of children they cannot afford to raise. Most of those children are illegitimate.

When Aid for Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) was introduced during the Franklin Roosevelt administration it was restricted to widows, deserted wives, and their legitimate children. We should go back to those restrictions. Responsible married couples should not be taxes to support the horrid little monsters of unmarried welfare mothers, violent street criminals, and drug dealers. For genetic reasons the vast majority of them grow up to be just as useless, worthless, and dangerous as their unmarried parents.

Perfect! First, deny ANY abortions. Second, deny birth control. Third, deny ANY aid to those children that are born or their parents. Fourth, shoot them when they begin to starve and riot. A perfect plan for genocide of the black U.S. population! You should be so proud!

There is a third option: Genetically engineer a plague -- a real one, not that half-ass covid -- one that will reliably kill off at least half the global population, at random, affecting all nations and all social classes equally.

That doesn't work because there is no way to make it truly random. A plague would need a biological trigger of some kind. A dominate or recessive gene for instance. But if that is used it really isn't random and has to be targeted to one particular section of the population. A prior exposure to another disease that leaves the person antibodies that can be targeted? Same thing, it would need to be targeted to that section of the population that was exposed and has those antibodies, so a decision would have to be made as to which section to target and therefore would not be truly random.

Prison food is a common budget cut. State governments may try to reduce prison population, or quietly let them starve and hope nobody cares too much.
