I am pretty relaxed as to what people do. If they keep on saying the av is their own when it is not, and I am assuming this probably only happens in PM's, then yeah, you would not trust them too much.

Personally I recycle mine between some of mine and some that are not. I just have not taken the time lately to set-up a camera and try and get some more good shots. Seems to me the ladies have a better body for taking self pics.

Those that I know reasonably well and trust here have seen me in real time, even though I tend to be a long distance from most.

Do any of you look at the fake AV's and associate that AV with the person themselves even when they say its not them? As for mine i tell anyone who ask that it is NOT me..And if they wanna see the real me they can go look for my picture thread. I tend to save the AV's for 'fun things'.I suppose most of us choose ones that we want to attract alot of attention and comments dont we?

What's your view on people using stock shots of other people off the Net and pretending that it's them?

Of course, in some cases, it's more a case of not saying it ISN'T them, but rather never actually admitting it IS them .... quite cleverly done in some cases .... but it's still fraud, isn't it?

I'd love to hear other people's views on this one ....

i never really care.....i just care that when i'm in am pics that there are posting actual pictures of themselves.

I have a real one. I've changed it once now too. Went back to the gym Grabbed the same pants. My first one looked less chubby. But weight is what I'm after.

A fake av doesn't bother me so much. Not everyone likes to reveal. And even claiming to be someone you're not for a fantasy doesn't bother me so much.

Though I suppose if I was coming to meet someone based on Lit I'd want to know what they looked like first.
