Everything Baseball

Freeman’s agent never told him about the Braves final offer and been said that he would have accepted it. He fired the agent when he finally found out about the offer.

Agent was holding out for more money,he didn't think any way ATL wouldn't resign him.ATL called his bluff and moved on,traded for Matt Olson at 1st.
Hadn’t heard that about his former agent, but I remember Freddie wanting to come back to So Cal. He grew up here and has family here, and out of the 3 So Cal teams (Dodgers, Padres, Angels), Dodgers are by far the more desirable team to play for. I’m sure he was glad to have the support and proximity to family through his son’s recent health scare, and to share moments like last night with his dad though. He and Mookie have a great friendship too. Whatever brought him here, he’s home now 💙

Ohtani walked off the field with a trainer with what looks like a left shoulder injury. Sold out crowd of 52k+ at Dodgers Stadium got unnaturally quiet for a few minutes 😰

The Dodgers are up two games to none, but the next three games are in NY, so we'll see how that works out for the Yankees. BTW, game one of the series was an instant classic-- the best game I've seen in a while!

Yankees made it really interesting in the ninth.

I don’t really care for either team. But just want good baseball.

Last night’s ending made history, but both were really good games with lots of 9th inning drama! Both games had the trailing team within striking distance with 2 outs and bases loaded in the 9th! 😱

LOL yes, excited by the win, worried about Shohei’s shoulder and distracted by something news/political-related that I had read on Twitter just as the game was ending. Dodgers lead series 2-0 😋
Shohei Ohtani suffered a subluxation of his left shoulder in Game 2 of the World Series.

Ohtani suffered the injury while sliding into second base on a steal attempt in the seventh inning. For those scoring at home, a subluxation is a partial dislocation. However, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters that they’re encouraged by Ohtani’s strength and range of motion.

Eh,pop it back in and keep going. :D

Kong needs to awaken.... :ROFLMAO:

Aaron Judge went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts against the Dodgers on Saturday.

Judge’s swing looks broken. John Smoltz correctly pointed out on the FOX broadcast that Judge’s front hip is flying open too early, which is preventing him from driving the ball. That’s if he were to make contact. Judge is now 6-for-40 with 19 strikeouts in the playoffs.

Oof. Yankees tried to counter ICE CUBE with Fat Joe?! I’m gonna call this series as currently 3-0 Dodgers, cuz that was the biggest L I’ve seen in a World Series game!
