I put him in the same category as Barry Bonds,both got caught using roids.

But Arod did at least admit to it and sorta apologized for it.Bonds on the other hand....is more ick.
 
Anyways,Braves got rained out today as did the Tigers.

Harper had a 3 HR game last night for Philly. o_O
 
Phillies reliever Ricardo Pinto was called up yesterday from AAA.Unable to fly he drove 6 hours from Rochester, NY to Philadelphia.

Got stuck in Allentown PA made it to the ballpark in the 4th inning,quickly put his uniform on and was put in the game.

Pitched 4 innings, got a save allowing only 2 earned runs.

Oh and he hasn't pitched in the majors since 2019 so good job Pinto. 💯
 
Red Sox sweep the A’s (yeah, I know, it’s the A’s) to start the season at 5-2. If you listen to talk radio in Boston, some fans didn’t think they’d win 5 games all season. 🙄
 
Shohei Ohtani gets his first dinger as a Dodger. I'm not a Dodgers fan but I appreciate an all-time great player when I see one. I'm sure there's at least 30-45 more where that came from.

The Atlanta front office had considered keeping 'Hammerin' Hank' on the bench during road games so the slugger could try to equal the mark in front of the hometown fans, but commissioner Bowie Kuhn ordered the Braves to put the outfielder into the lineup for at least two of the three games against the Reds.

Working from home today and watching the Mets fuck this game up…

We’ll see.
 
They’re doing everything they can to lose, but I actually predict that they will fuck that up and win.
