Ever feel ignored?

Just curious.

I've noticed a strange trend in my life. I have lots of people who will talk to me in pm's or in my 3D life when nobody else is looking. It seems as if *they* don't want other people to know that they like me.

Why is that?

It is really bugging the crap out of me lately.

Yep. I feel ignored sometimes. But I've found it's not as a result of others. It's a place that I'm in, with myself. Does that make sense? *lol*

Sometimes it seems like an ebb and flow hun...It happens to me from time to time. I don't take it personally. Sometimes it seems easier for people to open up in private rather than interacting in public. Enjoy the time you have hun...don't question it. Thinking like that just leads down a path you don't need to walk.

Yes, and sometimes justifiably so. I think it is because I often am very soft spoken so even though people hear what I have to say they ignore it because I am not forceful enough. Other times they don't want to hear what I have to say because they don't like it, and sometimes I either say something inappropriate or think of it too late for it to be in context. Sometimes I am just drown out.

It can be very annoying, and it is one of the reasons why I don't like noisy raucous (sp?) gatherings. No one likes to be ignored. I find if people repeatedly ignore me then I take the hint and leave their presence - they can find input from somewhere else.

It isn't the same. I'm in an ok place right now. I'm not difficult to be around. My depression has lifted.

If it happened in one place and not the other, I'd have a theory but this one just boggles the mind. Are they ashamed to know me?

I tend to think there is something wrong with *me* when it happens and I need to stop doing that and just go with the flow...

I just put a coat of the base paint on this morning. Yesterday was the primer. It smells 10 times worse than the actual paint.

So today is better.

Not sure how I got into this thread but I'm Sven and yes I'm married never said wasn't
