It works quite well. I've been in a few situations with partners (real life scenarios only - not online) where it is quite effective. One was already a "closet sub" and this opened up a whole new realm of thinking for her. The other had unfulfilled fantasies of both public sex, as well as rape scenarios - which for obvious reasons couldn't be acted out safely. In all of these cases as well as many others - it is an amazing tool.

It works if a) the subject is open and willing, and b) the hypnotizer (?) is good at it.

If a girl is really into puppy play, you can very easily put her in a trance and get her to play fetch.
If she absolutely hates the idea, it's not going to be that easy, it may not even be possible.

The "barking" isn't so much a result of "puppy play" as it is a way of gauging any mental resistance s/he may have to other suggestions as well as determining the depth of the trance that they are in currently.

I agree with you completely. It allows people to experience things in a manner which allows for a degree of security - in many instances things that they'd never be privy to otherwise.

So I had the pleasure of working with a Lit member last week who was curious about hypnosis, and figured I'd share the experience with everyone. I won't name names, but her and I met up on the chat app.

She was a little apprehensive at first, but it went well. She indicated that she was very submissive, so I asked her if she wanted to try slave play, which was very fine with her.
