My first selected team had a number of Hollandish players (Stam, Davids, Overmars, Kluivert) until I took advice from my brother (who knows a bit more about footy). He reckoned they had probably one of the best teams in Europe but can't be managed. On the pitch they are 11 individuals of the highest skill, but not a team.
