* A weekend weed bender when I'm dog-sitting at my sister's and don't have to communicate with another soul for around 72 hours.
* Lying in bed watching shooting stars in the cosmos that's projected onto my walls and ceiling, whilst listening to classical music.
* Those rare occasions when my muse takes me by the hand.
* Those even rarer occasions when I'm left home alone overnight, and can get high in the garden, then spend the rest of the night thumping out some jazz on the piano.
* Tropico. For some reason that game makes me lose hours.
* Being in bed in the dark, closing my eyes and letting my imagination run riot.

... These days, though, I've started finding escape in another person.
