You mean when I watched Friday the 13th Part 2 on HBO when I was about, well, single digits?
The incredible Kirsten Baker stripped nude (totally nude) and skinny dipped as someone terrifying watched her swim. She emerged from the water and I saw a full frontal nude woman for the first time. I was always perplexed at how she covered her breasts with her arms, but made no attempt to cover her lower half. It still seems comical to me. Here’s a pic!

This began my addiction to horror movies. I was scared out of my mind, but also totally aroused by the sexy women getting naked.
