Endless Ends

I’m not made for horror movies. I have to psych myself up…and there’s a fair chance you’d have to hold my hand while I covered my eyes and you narrated some parts 😂
So -

-For group sex, you'll hold my hand and narrate.

-For horror movies, I'll hold your hand and narrate.

This seems fair. *nods*

Full disclosure. I have to close my eyes at the scary parts. 😝

Very fair!

Full disclosure. I have to close my eyes at the scary parts. 😝
Then we can just add lib what we think is happening based on the “plot” and sounds.

This actually might be the best way to watch a horror movie 😂

I did some repetitive outside work yesterday.

Based on the current state of my hamstrings my weight classes aren't cutting it. 😬

(I considered a crying emoji rather than a grimace, just so you know.)

Time to add some weight to those clean and presses, me thinks. 🤣

I bet it would be even scarier. (There should be a Jack Nicholson eyebrow emoji).
Wait. I am now wondering if group sex stuff has a plot . . . 🤔
It does have a lot of plot “holes”.

Sorry, that was the best I could do.

I'm thinking that a plot for group sex movies would involve numerous twists, back and forth story turns, and surprise endings. :D

Now Enny, I don't know what you mean. Nothing shocking there . . . you must be reading something else into those terms . . . aren't each of those plot lines in all horror movies ?? 🙄

Lover of the old horror films that I am, I must admit I have not seen this one . . . yet !

Believe it or not, I have actually seen this!

But, online once. I think. 🤔

I know this because I can't remember the plot and dialogue verbatim. :p

I should watch it again . . . .

Let me know what you think!
This is a great movie!
It’s the first of the ‘40s “conveyor belt” monster movies, made to be a little more kid friendly than the more serious first three Frankenstein movies.
Lon Chaney is humongous as the Monster. 👍

Tonight !! A very special and extraordinary blood moon will rise tonight amid a total lunar eclipse and a rare moment of totality.

The March full moon, also known as the worm moon will rise on March 14, heralding the earthworms that spring to life as winter ends and the soil begins to warm ahead of planting season

Even though the eclipse is in intellectual and practical Virgo, it’ll heighten our emotions and urge us to release the past. Letting go is hard but necessary for us to evolve as people.

We’ll be able to take small steps, but not workout growing pains. The process might bring anxiety, tears, and pain — however, the journey forward is divine and beautiful. The only way out is through. So, listen to what your heart desires over what your mind is telling you.

"Capricorn - This Full Moon will bring the appreciation, high regard and respect from other people that you truly admire yourself. Listen to and really accept their compliments, flattery, and insight. You are one of the hardest-on-yourself people in the zodiac. You are ruthlessly perceptive and negative about everything you say and do. It is counter-productive."

"Take a time out and let the kind words and feelings of others sink in. They mean it! You are valued, respected, and thought highly of. You are in demand. You are loved. This Full Moon, let the inner critic rest (permanently) and let a new voice of reason and compassion and encouragement emerge. A game changing moment."

Thank you, as always, for posting moon news, and my particular astrological scope. :cattail:

It was supposed to be too cloudy here to see the blood moon. It is cloudy, but the moon has stayed steadily visible for the last couple of hours. As Daylight Savings has completed disrupted my already terrible sleep cycle, I am going to try to stay up and catch the Lunar eclipse. 🤞

Algae, odor, water quality, foam, leaks ???? or an extremely tired Enny ?
As for this, I have much to say. But my internet is wonky and I'm afraid it will cut out on me in the middle of venting my spleen. 🤣

Hopefully tomorrow my between two towers in the country internet will be more cooperative.

Back to the pond.

The first person out for an estimate felt widening the small pond into a larger one was not a great idea for the area in question. Due to the terrain, they think it will cause a continuing erosion issues. His solution would be to backfill the small pond and "shape" the ground to funnel, then seed and fertilize. A pond, if I must, would go in a natural hollow some way off. That is presuming the soil sample comes back appropriately.

If I still wanted to put in a pond, all that would run about $7,500 to $8,000 more that I was planning on spending. 🤨

However, second person is coming tomorrow.

We shall see.

Regardless, this is mucking about my timeline and I am annoyed.

Not Enny annoyed.

Endless annoyed. *snarls*

I just watched a miniseries. All the way through its six episodes. Something of a rarity. I usually don't get past one or possibly two episodes of anything. Shows just don't seem to hold my attention these days.

The was a Marvel vehicle (I think) call Moon Knight.

Egyptian superhero premise, which isn't really my thing. It had one of those dual identity in one body situations. What caught my attention was the way the duality was handled. Unusual. And the lead actor was pretty amazing in how the handled the role. Both identities had a very different voice, accent, and personality, and he slipped between them seamlessly.

About the fifth episode in things slid in a crazy weird direction. I spent the whole installment trying to figure out what was going on! 🤣

TV always seems so . . . mundane to me, in execution and storyline. This was something of a wild ride.

Worth the watch.

In less enchanting news -

I picked up an ebook from a golden-age, English, mystery writer that I like. This is a book I've read several times before.

Almost immediately it felt jarring. About ten page in I realized one of the female characters names was changed! Surprising, to say the least. At first I thought someone had decided to update to a more modern name, as the original is not something I've heard as a first name, like, ever.

Still aggravating, if so.

Then, it occurred. The female names are all part of the plot device! The change disrupted the naming pattern.

I read on, wondering how they were going to deal with the wrap up, as the name connections is run through in detail. Including how the woman whose named was changed fit into the pattern.

THEY EXCISED THE PART THAT TIED HER NAME TO THE OTHERS

This made a nonsensical hash out of one scene in the book.

Honestly. What is wrong with these people. 🤦‍♀️

This rural living will be the death of me.

Late, so rounding up a couple of last minute chores. Tossed a load of mucky work clothes in the washer, remembered there were a pair of jeans on the porch, dashed out and grabbed them.

As I walked through the laundry room, something caught the edge of my vision, followed by a thunk noise.

All my Endless, "Oh, crap!" bells went off.

I, most trepidatiously, begin to poke around. Looked up. A wren sat on high shelf, staring at me.

Now, if there is one thing I excel at, it's hysterical panic when wildlife finds its way inside. I will allow a you a few minutes to imagine the scene.

(Whatever you were thinking, let me assure you it was worse. 😬)

An extra large paper bag was called into play and bird was eventually relocated to outside.

The bird and I are both planning visits to our therapist.
