Nope. I think the realtor is desperate - she has decided to hold open houses every weekend. Still, we only have a handful of people come through during a three hour open house.

that's crazy! I hope someone buys soon....the market must
be slow where you are at.

It is slow. More good news: I found out today that the listing with this agent is for six months, not three, so I'm stuck in this contract until October before I can try to sell it myself.

If I don't have to pay the realtor five percent, I can afford to drop the price alomst fifteen thousand dollars and hopefully the reduction will get things moving. Guess I'll have to wait to find out, though.

Many times its best to go w/ a realtor rather than trying to sell
the house yourself.....there was a big article about that in our local
paper a few weeks ago.

Hello all! No new nudes tonight, but I did want to share a few recent pictures from my regular portfolio. (Some of these can be seen on my web site.)

Went to the track again and found a good vantage point in the parking lot, of all places:
Horses

Some macro work from Fairchild Garden in Miami:
Flower and bee
Dragonfly

Same day. Nice flowers:
Water lily

I found out a friend has a place in downtown Miami on the 37th floor, so I got the chance to take a few shots from the balcony. What a view!

I'm still trying to sell my home in Miami. My contract with the realtor runs out in a few weeks, then I'll reduce the price and see if I can sell it myself. Until then I'm busying myself by taking lots of trips to South Beach with the camera.

Last week I saw a local latin TV host shooting some promo spots for her show. She was gorgeous and I took lots of pictures of her, as did the gathering crowd. She and her crew were very friendly and the cameras didn't bother them, but they did request that no one use flashes during the actual taping. I didn't mind - their lights were more flattering than a camera-mounted flash. (A lot of people asked if I was with the crew. I guess a big white lens makes you look like you're supposed to be there. LOL) Some of the pictures of her are on my web site - I'll not post them here out of professional courtesy.

Thank you! I'm hoping to get a chance to shoot some more from that location, but slightly earlier in the day. The fading light will make the skies pop and I won't have to use such a long exposure (although the streaks of light made by the passing cars' headlights are kinda neat).

your welcome hun, that woudl be very cool pics, less exposure is good with some lite little or alot...the streaks really made it great and effective.....

On this we are in total agreement. I would much prefer to see the rest of this site try to follow this same path, but alas, too many men and women would rather post every single frame from the camera or web cam.

I've seen some splendid pictures from web cams, and I've seen some real crap from $3000 digital SLRs, so the equipment makes little difference. It's all in the artistic ability of the photographer to imagine how best to show off their bodies. I love it when I stumble across a real gem of a thread, with just a few really fine images to drool over. These are much better than the hundreds of threads with thousands of tight closeups of dripping pussy or hard cock.
