Editing & Resubmitting

I would appreciate it if someone could advise how to edit or resumit an edit to my 1st story submission. There have been some comments that had me really look at my story and it needs some work. Since I submitted a Word format, do I rework the story in Word and resubmit? Anyway, how do I do this. Thanks,

You do not have to submit the edited version in the same format as the original submission; you have the same options of C&P, TXT, RTF, or DOC file.

To submit an edited or revised version of "My First Story," go through the same process as the original submission for a story titled "My First Story -- EDITED" or "My First Story -- REVISED"

In the comments field of the submission form, give a brief summary of the changes and/or reason for submitting an edited version.
