How do I turn off the e-mail notificaiton of new posts to threads I have participated in?

Click the 'User CP' button, on the right side of the 'Subscribed Threads' heading is a link for 'view all subscribed threads', click that. Each thread will have on option to unsubscribe.

How do I turn off the e-mail notificaiton of new posts to threads I have participated in?

Underneath any of your posts is a button labled "search." That button will give you a list of every post you've made.

Edit each one to uncheck the "e-mail notification" option.

You also need to edit your userCP options to turn off "e-mail notification by default so that you don't have to remember to uncheck e-mail notification every time you post.

I've never subscribed to a thread, so I don't know if unsubscribing will clear all of your posts in that thread or not -- if it does, then disregard the post by post editing process.
