DVD making program recommendations?

I'd like to put together some photo slide shows w/ music for the folks back home. I've used Windows Movie Maker for my CD slide shows but I want to put these ones on DVD, which I'm not able to do on my program. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a good program that is...

1. Cheap or free
2. EASY to use
3. Available online
