If you are still looking for something to occupy your time, I'll be needing a part-time houseslave for a few weeks while I mend from my quadruple bypass surgery. My girl janey has to go back to work, and we could sure use a hand with shopping, housecleaning, cooking and the like, at least during the day.

Can't promise a good spanking until the docs release me for more physical activities... *grins & shrugs* But you can see some of the dungeon furniture and toys in the background of my av...

Or, if I'm to far away, look closer to home. There are so many ways to volunteer and help others in need, to find opportunities to perform service, that even if you are not in a relationship with someone, you can still find ways to meet your own needs.

As lovely as that offer sounds . . . I'm thinking, uh, no thanks. Even with the promise of possibilities offered there.

I'm taking it one day at a time, and each day is a little easier than the one before. With my work schedule right now, volunteering isn't a high possibility for me, but I am looking into ways to get out and meet people. And I'm cultivating some workplace friendships, so that will help, too. I keep telling myself, this too shall pass. Just because it was the relationship I wanted for the long haul doesn't mean it was the right one. Thanks, Geoff, Sir.
