Dumb Question...How Do You Ladies Drive

in those "Fuck me" high heels?

I say DAMN!

I was driving home this evening and observed this woman dressed in black jeans strolling to her big honking Pick up truck.

It looked like she had six inch heels on and had legs that were...but anyway, how did she push on the gas pedal? and what about when y'all drive small cars?

I have driven in cowboy boots before and you have to kind of shove the foot down flat as possible against the gas pedal.

But in six inch heels?


Just DAMN!

She probably keeps a pair of thin-soled flats in the car, or just takes off the shoe and drives barefoot. You do pick up these things as you go along.

I take mine off. You can really wreck the heal if you drive in them regularly. Mind you, I don't wear those platform hooker heels that are all in fashion now. Bleh... yuck.

Depends on what I'm driving but usually anchor the heel and move the foot to gas and brake - the heel doesn't leave the floor. Pretty much the same if I drive clutch.

I wear "platform hooker heels" for nights out with the girls. The rest of the time I wear flats.
If I have to drive, I take 'em off and drive barefoot. If it's cold I turn the footwell heating on and warm me toes.

Job's a good'un.

It's easier for me to drive in 6 inch heels than barefoot. Actually, I think all my shoes are heels, don't even own any sneakers.

So here I am, just read the intro that said nothing about heels, thinking he has a lot of nerve asking us about our driving. Grrrrrr another bad woman driver joke and I am getting all worked up. About ready to unload a paragraph of venum and statistics and then I open the thread. oooops silly me. Yeah I too take them off. Though it is not impossible to drive in them but rather I do not want a nice pair of heels getting scuffed.

Ditto. I don't want to thrash the backs of my heels. I adjust my seat so it's higher... problem solved. I only take my heels off if I absolutely have to.

I don't wear really high heels that often, but when I do, and even when i wear lower heels I usually take them off. Its easier to drive and as mentioned, it can scuff or break some heels.
