After nearly a year and a half of waiting...waiting for appointments...waiting through pointless red tape...waiting for someone who thinks they know me better than I know myself...giving up and trying somewhere else...I finally started hormone treatment.

50mg spironolactone, to be doubled next month and accompanied by estradoil.

I don't feel anything yet, but I can't wait.
