It's much more organised these days

If you're keen, jump online, find some forums etc.

Here in Melbourne, there's organised meet ups at certain spots etc. The cops generally leave it alone, other than to cruise through once in a while and make sure people are behaving. It's easier and better for them in a 'more controlled' environment.

I can only speak of what's going on in America. It's my experience there is quite a bit of Dogging in the United States.
