Got an email off Paypal this lunchtime... some scamming bastard who I sold a phone to back in JULY is trying to do a chargeback on my account to the tune of £79.95 (what the phone sold for) claiming their 'credit card was used fraudunently'. Bollocks. They're just going to rip me off! I've replied to Paypal and told them all I could, and Ebay, and am just thinking about informing the police. Well pissed off, and looks like as I shipped to what's known as an 'unconfirmed' address I will probably lose this case on this small point and this twat will get my money! Not happy!

@witchy - you say you've lost your mobile? First thing to do is phone your service provider (O2, Vodafone, et al.) and tell them you've lost your mobile, this should stop whoever finds the phone running up any huge bills on it by disabling the sim card. Also, do you still have the phone's IMEI number? It should be printed on the side of the box. This will get the phone blocked/blacklisted so that if it has been stolen it won't be able to be used by whoever's got it to make calls.

Must be the day for shit to come falling on peoples doorsteps... wouldn't have minded so much if it was a cheap and tacky one but it wasn't....

I already phoned and cancelled the sim.... ain't got the box my grand daughter wrecked it not long after I got it and I threw it away....
