Yeah, got ten thousand itty bitty pestering details dealt with -- returned phone calls, made appointments, sent follow-up letters. All the dreck of running my own business.

Now I'm toggling back and forth between Lit and a letter I'm trying to write to a new client, explaining how much I'm going to charge and why they should be thrilled to pay it.....
