Not had such a good day today, the ward manager's behaving a bit oddly, I suspect linked to er, half the nursing staff reporting her no. 2 for that bullying or at least unprofessional behaviour! But that's no reason for her to take it out on us, think she's a bit stressed. I'm on with her tomorrow so hope she's in a better frame of mind!
