I always keep telling my kids, a day in which you learn nothing new is a waste

We won't get many storms now, not hot enough.

Now I'll just have to wait for it to snow

Then I can be the first to go put footprints in it

Mmmm I start making stew when it gets colder

Chuck everything I have handy into a saucepan and leave to cook slowly

Serve with hot crusty bread or dumplings

Tastes even better the next day warmed up too

oh yes umm I like mine served over rice.

ummm and yep crusty bread to dip into soups.. with Real sweet cream butter of course.

now I am craving it.

I did make noodles today.... maybe some broth over them tomorrow I will have

winter food is the best all hot.. filling.

heat also makes me want light foods.. I eat many fresh tomatoes.. love them with olive oil and tarragon.

I stick to coffee and fruit juices, much kinder to my stomach, herbal teas are tasty too if you get the right ones.
