Luckily, mine doesn't. He ocassionally will look over my shoulder and read long with me. But a few friends I've met here seem to have that problem......and I've noticed that it is usually men that have this problem with their SOs rather than women.....

Have you noticed that too?

I think that a man would generally be entertained by his SO looking over the boards.

A woman is more likely to be jealous because he is looking for "something else somewhere else."

Very distinct differences in the way the two sexes will view things that are sexually oriented. At least in my experience (disclaimer).

Actually willful (my spouse) spends more time on the comp than me by a longshot (tho not much on LE lately). I used to be quite jealous...but then got over it and realized it's simply a forum for fun and relaxation and friendships (at least in her case). Since that point I haven't been bothered by it....though I will sometimes remind her that she's been up to all hours....LOL

My wife actually likes me to do this. She likes the people I've met. She likes the stories. She may be a bit different than most, though. I can't speak for others.

my SO used to get really peeved by the amount of time i spent on here and how much i would chat with people i met here... but once he realized that i came here because it is a place to openly express myself not only sexually but in many ways..and that i was comfortable here i think he let it drop and is now happy that i am happy.

The StudMuffin has difficulties with the entire "writer" concept. It apparantly eludes him that when one writes, one does so by oneself. He stretches out my computer time because of the constant interruptions. I'm going to tape him to a wall.

My partner doesn't mind the time I spend on the Lit board at all. He's entertained by my posts when I'm asleep and the update come in our email. Aside from that, he doesn't really venture to the board all that much.

My SO posts here too so no he isn't jealous. I'm not either. I think it's just fun...and you learn alot too.
