Now, would I be so labled if I were to start mentioning the balet? That would seem to do it, but there are a few good balets that I like. I love classical music and never tire of the greats.
By age 14 I had a 3 to 1 ratio of classical to modern pop music.
Ravel, Holst, Tchaikovsky (sp?), Mozart, Bethoven (again sp?), so many good ones to name...so little memory cells.
Anyway, these artists and geniuses always bring so much to musicals in infulence and songs.
What about (for the sake of sheerly good written music, speaking again of the classical medium) the early Star Wars films, soley for the classical music score. That was great, but so are so many good balets for the same reason.
