Does the Moon affect behavior?

I don’t use any alarms to wake; when i wake up, i get up.

I will often wake about 1-2 hours earlier than usual when the moon is full.

Don’t know why; maybe knowing the moon is full triggers a poor sleep based on the culture/stories about the moon affecting sleep/behavior.

It does. Ask any nurse or bartender. I use to work in a bar as a DJ. You always knew when it was a full moon. Plus on a scientific side, the full moon affects the tides and wild animals. Humans are animals too so it is kinda a duh question.
