I love salads...Romaine lettuce, cukes, tommmytoes, bellpeppers..broccoli, califower. My fave tho would have to be fresh acrepeas right out of the pot.

I love asparagus. But it freaks me out when I visit the bathroom after eating asparagus. I looked it up, and found that the chemical in your urine after eating asparagus is closely related to the chemical they put in natural gas to give it an odor. And what an odor it is!

I'm not a brussels sprouts fan, but I dig most other vegetables. Corn, asparagus, artichokes, broccoli, carrots, lima beans, green beans, cauliflower...it's all good. Lately I've been jonesing for jicama, sliced & peeled, with lemon & salt. Is jicama a vegetable? I think it is...Never tried okra. Eating a lot of tomatoes lately - sliced thick with salt & pepper - but those are fruits technically.

Salads and everything that goes in them, aspargus, broccoli, cauliflower, all kinds of peas and beans, carrots (raw), beets, squash. About only veg I can think of I'm not fond of is eggplant.
