Dildos/Vibrators for sale.

We went to see the Vagina Monologues in Chicago Saturday, and one of the monologues mentioned that Dildo's, and Vibrators were not availble for sale in like 5-7 states. I remember her saying Texas was one, and Ohio was another.

She referenced that Texas wasn't allowed to offer Dildo's for sale, but had the Death Penalty, and legally kills people.

Can you buy sex toys in your state?

I never heard of anything so rediculous as banning the sale of Dildo's, or Vibrators.

They can't sell them at all, or they merely can't sell them as dildos? I've often seen sex toys advertised as "novelties," which I assumed was just legalize to get around some prohibition on 12" jelly dongs.

They didnt elaborate, they just said they were illegal for resale.

First thing I thought of was black market dildo's.

But with the net, I dont think it's a big deal because the days are long gone of people having to go to an adult bookstore or wherever to cop the toys.

You'd have to have quite a set on you to walk into a crowded adult bookstore and buy a dildo ... at least if it's in your home town.

If you read the disclaimer on almost every vibrator and dildo made, it will say that they are a novelty only...or something to that effect, not intended for personal use.
