You've posted and ranted about this before.

True...but it's about the only valid point he has on his sexist woman hating rants.

"Want to get a drink?"

Is sexual harassment....but only if you're ugly/poor, if you're Mr.GQ it's cute and flirty. I don't blame ya'll for trying but that's some buuu shit.

no. it's not sexual harassment unless he starts touching me inappropriately or won't back the fuck off after i clearly say no.

this applies regardless of whether he's attractive or poor or not.

Is this all you guys have to complain about? Even if it's real (which is questionable) it's a couple obvious diva bitches. Let them have their Jersey Shore douchebags.

This. I don't get why people pretend like they can't understand what sexual harassment is. It's harassment, and it's sexual. That's it. Asking once isn't harassing. Asking many times after they've made it clear is. It's not very complex. When guys say, "Oh, I can't even tell a girl I like her outfit anymore," it's obvious that they have no idea what they're talking about. That wouldn't be considered harassment unless you're doing it in an extremely sketchy way.

Pretty much. A person can claim it but that doesn't mean it is. Almost anything can be taken wrong by a sensitive person but if it's really harmless then it almost never results in anything. There are exceptions of course.

Or you're a broke ass ugly dude.....that means sexual harassment too, all she has to do is say so.

She can say so all she wants but it's not up to her as to whether it really is or not. Men and women both claim sexual harassment all the time but it's up to third parties to take it further or dismiss it as ultra sensitive bullshit. Happens all the time and in most cases it's nothing. Real harassment is bad though. That also happens all the time and it's harmful.

The guy was quiet ugly.

If he was loud ugly, he might have stood a better chance.

The woman I'm referring to in the OP called the cops because he asked her out ONCE. Just once. There wasn't even any claim that he touched her or anything. This is not the first time I've seen this - it is just the first time I've been able to catch and immortalize it.

What those women did are scary. And you should see it as scary, too, because that tied up law enforcement resources to pursue REAL cases of harassment.

And I know a guy who called the cops when he got a flat tire. Idiots are idiots. Granted, I do think idiots can be scary, but only when they've managed to stumble into some place of power.

Sometimes you fight so hard to make silly points that you skip over the good ones. I think women definitely let their personal attractions color their interpretations of experiences - everyone does, all the time. I agree that it happens especially in courtship. An advance that is "bold" from a handsome person is "creepy" from someone unattractive. Double standards exist, subjectivity exists. Everyone should be polite and respectful anyway. What point are you trying to make?

What's creepy is that 13 people "thumbs up'ed" the gal saying that it should be illegal for a guy to ask a chick out. Wow, just wow.

Real women from the dawn of time have been quiet [sic] capable of handling real harrassment without needing the law, lawyers, or police to be involved.

Todays wimpy girls disgust me. Some guy is putting the moves on a bit too much, give him a good slap, or a kick in the crotch like your grandmother would have. Your "weak and oppressed" grandmother, lol. She'd have kicked the guy's ass.

"Harassment" isn't a criminal offence. At least not in the US. Its a civil offense for monetary damages. Its got zero to do with the police.

But, sadly, it has a "chilling effect" on normal heterosexual interaction that the majority of BOTH sexes used to enjoy as they went about their daily lives. BOTH sexes used to like to flirt. Now, we self-censor and act asexual towards each other except when drunk at a nightclub on Friday night or at a pathetic singles event or speed dating. The "chilling efffect" has been the goal all along of the anti-heterosexual extremists, particularly in the gay movement. To de-heterosexualize everyday life. To push it into the closet, so to speak. That's been the goal of "sex harassment" laws all along and why I've spoken out against them since they popped up in the 1980s.

Actually, this isn't the first time you've "immortalised" this.
And to repeat what was said last time, the cops would have had a good laugh at her expense.
