Good morning! PT wasn't too bad yesterday. It zapped all of my energy, so I stayed in last night. That's okay too because I'll need it tonight.

I hope the weather clears up! It's just not warm enough to be walking in the rain.

Right now my right ham string is misbehaving. I know it would feel better if I would get up and move around but I just don't feel like it.

I wish it was no pain day! I'm supposed to go to PT, but the pain is so bad I don't think I can shower!

There are! What pisses me off is that if I get up and move around I feel better, but it's hard to motivate myself to get moving. I walked around the apartment for about 10 minutes this morning before having a bowl of cereal. Then I walked another 10 minutes. Huge difference in the pain.

Why thank you! My first students are planning a reunion at their old grade school! The good thing is that the current principal is the cousin of one my students. There are teachers that I know that don't want to hear anything about their former students! That makes me wonder what kind of a person they are. Fortunately more of them are interested in their kids.
