Imagine someone contacts Lit and says, “You allowed my ex to post nudes of me on your site without my consent. I’m going to sue your ass off, and report you to the feds.”

Lit would be royally fucked.

It’s not a risk worth taking for a company that is already allowing written porn to be posted without any age verification for readers. Lit is understandably reducing its liability where it can.

There’s really no reason to whine about it.

Seems the only thing being changed is the pictures, and with "revenge porn, or "deep fake" and of course unlicensed use, I have no problems with Lit's choice to change their rules on their site.

You saw members here wondering if there really would be a backlash against porn and how it may affect things here on Literotica.
If you did vote for trump, then I believe your outrage is far more hypocritical than anything Lit does in covering its ass and the 1a rights of its members.

There are as many porn sites on the Internet as visible stars in the sky.

Some of the pic threads became yet another porn pic scroller.

But it was more interesting because there were real people here amongst all the BBC for white girls posts. Hell maybe someone I know in real life with a secret life on Lit just like me.

I don't follow every thread. And you are welcome to your opinion. I have asked questions of people and been denied an answer. As is their prerogative. There is a Wiccan saying. "An it harms no one, do as you will." I'm not Wiccan but that sounds pretty based.
