Looks like Democrats WANT these California fires. No need for any recovery assistance from FEMA or the Feds in this case. Let California run with it.

The Federal Government owns 48% of all the land in California. Which entity bears responsibility for fire prevention on that land, and will there be any potential liability for fire damage if the fire broke out on or from that land?
