Looking for a story I read a while back.
Set in some near future England, low level social crimes punished by going to some department where women spank, control, embarrass a young man. Thought is was in BD or Non-consent, but can't find it for the life of me.

Only, before I joined Literotica I wrote a similar-sounding story that I posted at another story site (I don't know if I'm allowed to say where).

Story title: 'Jailhouse Blues'.

In the 3-Part, femdom/foot fetish related story, 'David' (for absurdly trivial crimes) is sent to Greystone Prison, his cellmate is called Ross, and the all-female, cane weilding prison officers wear flip flops as part of their uniform.
