According to the USDA approx. 8.4 % of households claim low food security. Surely we can come up with a way of dealing with that without proposing 100% solutions.

Yes. That does seem to be the goal, Big Brother as parent. Too many kids come away from their homes with all the wrong ideas, and we're not talking about the failing black culture with it's cool rap, out of wedlock children and absentee fathers, and mostly peaceful gun violence that inspires Liberals to disarm white America, because, you know, they are oppressing the black community/culture...

Interestingly enough, the very same socio-economic and racial groups that claim the highest percentages of 'food insecurity' are also the same groups that exhibit the highest levels of childhood obesity (CDC). I'm still trying to square that circle.
