Dear Fate,
A very sweet litster once told me of you that you give us what we ask for, that you don't say you will give it to us in the easiest of ways, but give it you most often do. The problem is...we must be ready to do that difficult thing, make that hard first step off the precipice.

Can you be any awesomer than 2010? I just don't think so, but I sure hope you try. The list of amazing events we've just experienced goes on and on. The hubby got the job he went for in January. All the friends I made and maintained, both online and off, were so helpful and fun. The kids ended school with good grades. We've got some money in the bank. We were able to go see the family back in Mississippi and Texas last summer. And my business has just been swamped! I can barely keep up. I'm not complaining, I'm rejoicing! And the holidays this year were wonderful. It was good to see the kids so happy. With such an amazing year, I am anxiously awaiting your results, 2011. You've got some big shoes to fill, but I have a feeling you're up for the challenge!

I know it's a ridiculously low ball offer. I know it's 50% of what you forclosed on the property for. I also know that the house has been sitting there costing you money for the last 4 months. I know the land is useless for building and is only attractive to me because I want to keep animals on it. I know that it's going to take countless hours of my time, as well as loads of money to make the house livable. I know that this has to be a cash offer because no one will loan money on this for less than 10% interest. So with all that being said...please realize that you'll be doing us both a favor if you take my lovely all cash offer. I'll be able to slowly put the time and money into making it livable, and you'll be able to write it off your books before you have to pour more money into it and pay the taxes.
