I'm very glad that one of my boys was around when you just politely waltzed your way during broad daylight. I was upstairs asleep and didn't hear a thing. I'm glad you didn't really hurt him, and he was able to run your knife-wielding ass out.

On the other hand, I don't believe in being a victim. I got that broken lock on the back door fixed. Daddy got me a shotgun, and I spent awhile today re-learning how to shoot, since I haven't really done enough of it to speak of in years and years and years.

So come back. I fucking dare you and anyone else like you. There may be other single women who would cower and be afraid, but not this one. A country bitch doesn't play, and an armed citizen is never a victim. I will NOT be afraid in my own house. And, by God, if anyone I haven't invited into my house so much as steps over my threshold, I'll make an example of him.
