Sunday being my only day off - most of the time as there are weeks where I work all 7 days - it was busy in the morning with laundry and shopping. But in the afternoon was fun time at the park with my young daughter and wow did she wear me out! I'm a tired and happy Daddy tonight because now that she's asleep I get time with my babygirl.

I hope all the girls and Daddies here had a great weekend!

"Morning all! Some crazy wild storms during the night - LOTS of lightning and loud thunder, even some hail not far from here. Woke Cookie and I both up it turns out and we still have a severe storm watch in effect - great sleeping and cuddling weather - if you don't have to get up and go to work that is....."

(Making the coffee and tea. setting out toasters, muffins, butter, jam, bagels and cream cheese. Starting some bacon, Canadian bacon and sausage links.....making sure I have some too this morning - my blood sugar has been all over the place lately and dear Dr is unhappy. Draining the meat well and keeping it warm in an electric skillet.....)
