You just need Daddy holding his little girl steady by the seat (of the bike silly) and pushing you along until you look back and see I let go a while back.

You crash into the park's trash can, Leaping off, landing on your feet before any harm is done looking back at me spreading your arms giving Daddy a "TA DA!!!" with a big smile.

Cirque du soleil in the park!

More (((HUGS))) for you too! A normal evening here, so far so good. It's Spring Break for school so I had some nice extra snuggle time with my little daughter, now she's asleep and it's time for me to relax. :) The hamstrings will hurt when you're getting back on the bike. :( If you don't do it already, make sure the balls of your feet, and not your arches, are in the middle of the pedal when you ride. You'll get more power and less strain on your hamstrings. (I used to do long-distance bike rides when I was younger ;) )

Aww, I'm glad you had some special time with your little girl. I bet she loves her time with you. :)

I hadn't been on a regular bike in over 12 years. Recumbant stationary bikes are a different ride. I bet I was centering my feet. I know I need to get my seat adjusted higher too. I appreciate any suggestions you have. Thank you! :kiss:

Good evening, my loving family!

Another wonderful day here in paradise with Daddy. :heart:
Somehow, he managed to keep his hands off of me long enough to get some yard work done on this unseasonably warm day..almost 90. ;) My back, arms and hands are aching like you wouldn't believe. A hot shower eased some of the pain and hoping snuggling in my comfy bed and a few Advil will take care of the rest.

INL, I feel your pain! Great advice from Mutato! One my of my bff's is a triathlete and he says the same.
Have a special drink in your sippy cup..perhaps that will help. ~giggles~
