I hate shopping, especially for "pretty" things. I'm simple and practical and just want to get it done. BUT sometimes I want pretty things. This has challenges, especially as a curvy girl. I'm trying to avoid Amazon, but alas, that appears to be where I ended up.

Gripe #1 - WTF is with the tiny little bows on everything? I have never liked them. I want to be sexy and feminine without being girly (does that even make sense?).

Gripe #2 - lace - yes, I suppose it looks sexy, but it's scratchy as hell. This could be a neurodivergence thing, who knows. I much MUCH prefer silky things. Like MMMMmmmmm......

Question - keeping the above in mind, what is your favourite curvy girl lingerie that you would suggest?

Thats the greatest thing about amazon......you can send whatever you don't like back. My wife orders sizes and colors and sends what she doesn't like back......She never orders lingerie though

try etsy, sometimes theres individual sellers that make their own lingerie for the reason they cant find what they like in stores . and definitely better giving money to small business than amazon ,i never bought anything from Amazon but its easy for most people , also simple is often best looking. silky is sexy and i understand your dynamic of being sexy, cute , and feminine without it being girly and doing all the extras.. theres some really beautiful crochet lingerie made with nice soft materials not so popular but i like it (=

yup see i intrigued you already i like hand made but you should definitely consider it. especially if you have the capability to make some yourself, can use any material any colors and make it specifically fit you how you would like... probably trail and error at first but once you accomplish it youll probably have a new craft addiction haha.....P.S. i like pink and grey ..just saying (=

Lingerie for the most part is not comfortable, and is supposed to look good in pictures.
I am thin and old and I find it uncomfortable as hell, wires and elastic, poking and rubbing.
My favorite is the mesh body suits, soft and stretchy. But their is zero support.

Silky lingerie is still sexy. It doesn’t have to be lace in my opinion. Actually, I even think some cotton is sexy. Imagination is part of what gets things hot so I don’t need to see everything right at the start. I like to work for it.

I agree with your observation, in regards to the tiny little bows. While they may be a tad cute and just find them to be somewhat of an irritant sometimes.
As to lace, agree, it does give a sexy appearance.
Personally, I prefer my partner in something comfortable. The more comfortable they feel the more they will “model” for me.
