Crow Captive!

Jackson's arms held the woman close he nuzzling into her. Almost as if he was afraid she would disapper from his arms after making such passonate love "mm..yes.wonderful medicine.." He held her close as she stayed on him, he panting softly..as he felt himself slip out and she roll to snuggle beside him he spoke softly "Yes..I am happy..Spotted Elk..could have..made love..forever.." he responded he looking into her dark eyes.

His hands explored her form again as he rubbed her softly while they laid there. He keeping his eyes focused on her, but in his head he was thinking that they should soon get up and head out again..maybe in a bit..he wanted to enjoy this contact as much as he could.

Spotted Elk savored the feeling of his hands caressing and exploring her body. She looked up into his eyes, watching her, wondering what he was thinking. Her own thoughts wandered to other similar times as this, when she had lain next to another man who had just filled her with his seed. White Buffalo took her often in the beginning of her life with him as his second woman. He had wanted a son from her, but as often as he tried, no child ever came. She wondered idly if Jackson would ever want a child from her. Was there a future with him? Would he want her still when they had reached safety?

She thought her best hope of staying with him depended on pleasing him in every way she could. She determined to take care of his needs as if she were already his woman, then maybe he would come to think of her that way, and eventually take her as his wife. She raised herself from his embrace onto one elbow. Looking down into his face, she smiled, asking, "Jack-son, are you hungry? I will cook for you. We have meat, and I could look for wild onions and some herbs to put in the stew. I can do this while you rest."

As she spoke, she sat up and arranged her dress around her, fixing it where his explorations had loosened and shifted it on her body. Her hair was still loose and it flowed down her shoulders and back, cascading in straight black strands around her and complimenting the decorative stranded tufts of her dress. She hoped she looked pleasing to him.

Jackson smiled softly back to her as she slowly got up and asked "..yes..that..sounds good..be careful outside. After we both some food..we should start traveling again.." he responded as he provided a loving kiss on her lips. With that he began to relax back down..the warmth of the cloak and her body slowly began to cause him to drift off..his body starting to relax though he was trying to keep it from doing so...maybe a little nap wouldn't hurt.." he thought to himself before he fell asleep..

The borderline between the sunlight shining in the entrance of the cave and the shadow of its interior crept slowly towards Jackson's sleeping form as the sun moved across the sky. A couple hours had passed since he fell asleep, and Spotted Elk was tending a spitted rabbit roasting over the fire, it's skin rubbed with sage and other herbs for flavoring. The smell of it was just beginning to bring Jackson out of his slumber. In addition, a full water skin hung on a stick wedged into a crack in the rock of the cave nearby.

Spotted Elk had found a stream nearby, swollen with the rain from the night before. She'd had time to bathe, water the horse, fill the water skin, and then had time to search out a rabbit hole. She'd used a supple briar branch to twist down the hole, snagging the rabbit's fur and pulling him out. As the rabbit carcass roasted over the fire, she worked the skin while waiting for Jackson to awake.

She had re-braided her hair and fastened the ends up, forming loops on each side. She had time to think about Jackson and what they would do when they were safely out of Crow territory. He had said he wanted her to teach him her Shoshone language more thoroughly. That suggested that he might have plans to stay with her, or keep her with him, for some time. She decided to work on that beginning as soon as he woke up.

Soon Jackson woke up in a coldsweat..dreams of his time in war came back..it was normal as he began to pull from the blanket as he began to walk out looking for the beautful spotted elk. He paused to see the river he pausing as he then leaned onto it, watching her work as he softly smiled. Though he didn't feel 100% safe..right now he was enjoying the time with the woman..He seemed to take a moment to rub the sleep from his eyes as he watched her attend to the the meal.

She was unaware that he was watching her. She scraped the rabbit skin carefully and skillfully, removing all the blood and muscle tissue from the inner surface. With the proper preparation, the skin could provide a soft absorbent cloth or possibly used as decoration on other clothing. With the limited time she'd had to plan their escape and the small amount of things they could take with them, there were many little things she wished she had now. If Jackson only intended to take her home to her own people, then they only needed enough to make the journey.

But if this was but the beginning of a new life for both of them, together, then she thought she should get started on making all the things they would need for their own lodge someday. It never occurred to her that Jackson might take her to live among his people. And even if it had, she had no way of knowing that nearly everything she could ever need for day to day life was available for purchase instead of having to be made.

She checked on the rabbit and decided that it was roasted nearly to perfection. Any more and it would begin to get too dry. She decided to wake the white man so he could the meat while it was best. When she turned back towards the cave, she saw him standing there watching her. "Jack-son, I am glad you are awake. I was going to come and wake you. The meat is ready to eat." She went to him, taking his hand and gently leading him back to the fire. Then she cut off a generous portion of the roasted meat for him with her knife. "I hope you like it. I was lucky enough to find a rabbit hole instead of using our meat supply."

She squatted down next to him, watching him eagerly, urging him to eat. In the culture of the People, it was customary for the men to eat first, until they had eaten their fill, before the women or children ate. Spotted Elk was cooking for her man now, at least in her mind. It was his right to eat as much as he wanted before she would have any. She waited to speak to him further until he had enjoyed his meat, then spoke softly. "You wanted to travel on after eating, Jack-son. But maybe it would be better to travel at night and stay hidden during the day. The warriors of the Crow do not usually travel at night. They believe that you will not go out into the darkness. You are a white man, and the People say that whites are afraid of the sounds in the night, so they stay in their homes or in their camp near large fires. If this is true, maybe you don't want to travel at night. But I think you are a brave white man, and I am with you. I will tell you if there is anything to be afraid of in the night sounds."

Jackson smiled as he watched her work, when she called him over he nodded and moved to the fire, smiling softly "Thank you again." he spoke as he began to eat the roast..he pausing for a moment to look to her for a moment, but he then returned to his meal, eating it. As he finished he softly stroked her leg, wanting to make sure she got a large portion too, he speaking in responded "..Thats true..I don't doubt the crow warrior's tracking ability...but rain bought us time covered our trail..so I think we can wait until night." He paused as he then nodded "Their some truth to that...those not warriors..women and children..do prefer to stay in familiar areas..they fear men that could steal and harm them. I have traveled at night many times. Especially in battle, so I familiar with it. Night sounds were least of my worries. Being caught and killed by enemy was more a worry. But was careful."

Spotted Elk listened to his explanation and nodded. His words made sense to her, but they also sparked her curiosity. She had heard many tales of the ways of the whites from the men and women of the People. Jackson had confirmed, at least in part, the fact that they didn't like to go out at night. At least if it applied to some white people, then there was reason to wonder about some of the other things she had heard. Since they had time now to spend with each other, she decided she would ask him.

"Jack-son, the People say many things about the ways of the white people. I don't know what things are real and what are like the smoke on the wind: something that seems real but fades away when you get a closer look. Now that you are here with me, I want to ask you of these things."
She paused to gather her thoughts before continuing. "I have heard it said that the whites cover their bodies in clothes all the time, even when they sleep, and they wear coverings on their heads all the time so the sun cannot shine on them. It is said that they do this because their skin is not quite finished, and that if the sun shines on their skin, it will change color and become darker and red like the skin of the people."

"I have thought that maybe this is a sign. Maybe the white people are not so different from the People, only they aren't fully developed yet. Maybe they act the strange ways they do because they are like little children and don't know the wise ways of the elders. I think if they knew the right ways, they would act more like the People." She had said a lot of words and she hoped he understood and would forgive her. It was not customary for a woman of the people to talk so much to a man, especially about such things as this.

But maybe Jackson would understand that this was her chance to learn about his kind and their ways, and he would forgive her for talking so much. Or, if he didn't, she could say that she was talking a lot so he could learn her language better. Either way, Spotted Elk was encouraged and wanted to get her questions answered if he would tell her. She settled in next to him by the fire after she finished eating, curling her legs up alongside of her and leaning on one arm. She didn't mind it when he would reach out and caress her leg. It made her feel like she belonged to him, as his woman, even if he hadn't said so with words. Maybe it was the way of his people not to talk too much either.

Apologies to our readers, but apparently our story has come to an end. For those of you who have been reading and hopefully enjoying the story, thank you. This was my first role play on Literotica that took off and went anywhere. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Thanks,
Thyri
