Crotchless Panties

Has anyone found crotchless panties with a tie or snaps. Thought it might add to the build up? I've searched everywhere and there seems to be none.

To be clear, a tie or snaps to keep the crotch closed until you are ready to open it, or a tie or snaps on the hips/sides to facilitate easy removal?

Assuming the former, there are lots of good examples. Agent Provacateur has an entire line of Ouvert (open) panties, including several with closures of some sort (like Seren Ouvert, for example). Not cheap, for sure, but stunning.
