Ignoring them is the only answer to trolls. Each time they draw a comment from you they consider they have won. If you and others know your work is good, continue to produce it for our pleasure, and to annoy the trolls.

I was on a hi-jacked political thread a couple days ago and called a troll a coward because his verbal opponent was 1-bombed during the off topic debate. Yes, I asked for it and consider it a small price to pay for my freedom of speech. My lil stories took a turn for the worse but quickly bounced back to what I consider acceptable. One lil anonymous public comment I deleted and then forgot about the whole affair. I consider myself a damn good reader and reviewer. Perhaps I will never be a damn good writer, but I hope someone thinks my stories here are fun and entertaining. I am sorry for the excellent writers who are bombed and slammed without reason. I think Abs, who sometimes gets a big head and can't take a compliment well, got it right in one of the first posts.

Christ, I'm weird.

First I get angry at a troll, and rant here.

So I feel bad about that. I don't like me when I get angry and whine.

But I just noticed all my stories must have been one bombed, and the bombs removed because they all made huge jumps in scores.

Now I feel bad because my stories have displaced people who are much better writers than me on the top lists.

Sigh. All those lessons I received about how life is not supposed to be fun seem to have sunk into my mind where I can't get at them.

No wonder I'm so fucked up.
