Crap... Reacted Too Quick!

I have an HP pocket PC I've relied on for years, probably 5 or 6 (and has asisted many a story)

Last night the stylus stopped functioning. No more "press here to make things happen" function. Since my wife already knows (in fact requested) that she get a shameful 2 dozen roses delivered to her work next week in full view of co-workers (what's that about?) she encouraged me to buy a new one.

So I bought a Palm T/X, which with tax cost me roughly $335.00.

I was about to toss the old one in the trash but played with it for a while and now its working. I'm comfortable with my HP pocket PC. So what of this new one just purchased? And I just bought a leather case and Battleship/Yahtzee as well.

HELP!

Keep the new one, give the old one to the wife, or better yet, do you have a college age student living at home or a niece or nephew- bet it would be greatly appreciated!

Go ahead and transfer what you can from the old one to the new one, and stash the new one in a drawer somewhere. Chances are the old one will crash again, and pretty soon, and you'll be good to go!

(opinion based on Murphy's Law kind of stuff, not any real life knowledge of pocket PCs)

I love my trusty Pocket PC, mainly because the display is bigger, therefore when typing the keyboard is bigger. Not sure if many understand, but there is a visible 'touch' keyboard in the the bottom portion of the display.

Ah hell. So I have 2 for the moment. Still love my poket pc and until she dies, the new one will be under-utilized.

Not to worry, I'll still keep spewing my venom <g>
